1. Acceptance of Terms

Srikara Online Services provides IT solutions and digital services including but not limited to:

• Digital marketing services
• Related consulting and support services

3. Service Agreement

All services will be provided according to a separate service agreement or project proposal that will outline:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Project timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Intellectual property rights
• Warranty and support terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Generally:

• Payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the service agreement

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement:

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables
• We retain the right to use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Third-party components (fonts, plugins, etc.) remain subject to their respective licenses
• We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies used

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure they have the right to use any content, images, or materials provided
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Project Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Client response times and feedback delays
• Scope changes or additional requirements
• Third-party dependencies
• Unforeseen technical issues

We will communicate any delays and work to minimize their impact. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included will be specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may incur additional charges. All change requests should be submitted in writing and approved before implementation.

9. Warranty and Support

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Post-launch support terms will be specified in the service agreement. We are not responsible for:

• Issues caused by third-party services or platforms
• Modifications made by the client or third parties
• Issues arising from client's hosting or server environment
• Content errors provided by the client

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srikara Online Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

11. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work to the client
• Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
• Confidentiality obligations will continue after termination

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project. This obligation will survive the termination of the service agreement.

13. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or depend on third-party services (hosting, APIs, plugins, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of these third-party services. Any additional costs for third-party services will be communicated and approved before implementation.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of Telangana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
